Payments
Payment of all purchases must be made on the sale day. Payment may be made by Mastercard, VISA, EFT, cash or cheque with ID to approved bidders. If you require special payment arrangements please be sure to speak with the auctioneer before the sale day.

Collection of Purchases
Please pay for all purchases at the auction before leaving. Collection and removal of all purchases must be made on the day of the sale or before 12.00pm on Monday.  Collection whilst the auction is still in progress is limited to small items only.

Transport Agents will be on site during the auction and can arrange transport of any item locally, and can advise regarding interstate transport. Local storage is also available.

Auction arrangements
Bidding is strictly by use of a numbered Millpond Bidding Card available after registration at the auction reception. By registering to bid and obtaining a numbered bidding card you agree to comply with Millpond's Terms & Conditions, which will be posted in the sale room. There is no charge for registering to bid or for viewing the sale or auction. Please bring some identification which is required to register.

All items are sold "AS IS WHERE IS". Please inspect items carefully BEFORE bidding and ask our staff for specialist assistance should you require this.

The Buyer's Premium for Millpond Farm auctions is 15%, which will be added to the hammer price of each purchase. Please keep this in mind when bidding. No GST will be charged on either the Lot or the premium for this particular auction.

Refreshments, drinks and light food will be available at the site on the sale day, and there is sufficient mobile telephone reception for mobile calls.

Nearby Braidwood has several motels, hotels & guest houses which we will be happy to recommend.

 Unreserved auction of historic Douglas DC-3 ex MacRobertson Miller Airlines, at Hangar 276, Airport Avenue, Bankstown Airport, Sydney, undergoing a major restoration with main airframe and fuselage complete and repainted in US Air Force colours, together with numerous spare parts including propellors and spare engines, aircraft jacks and stands and equipment. Most items unreserved. Over 500 antique toys, games, dolls, construction sets, novelties, cast iron, tinplate, clockwork, battery operated and puzzles, dating from 1750 to 1970, from a magnificent private collection assembled over 60 years. Features an extremely rare and important Althof Bergman Jubilee Trotting Course, circa 1877, with two American sulkies and drawn by two pressed tin horses racing around a clockwork post (estimate $8,000/10,000). Other highlights  include some remarkable tinplate toys by Bing, Althof Bergman and Lehmann, cast iron money banks, early 19th century dolls by various makers and ranging to the 1930s, Victorian puzzles, games and novelty's, Victorian prams, very fine Doll's house furniture 1820-1950 including rare brass, iron and silver examples. Condition reports available on all items, please email with the Lot number.
